Professional Development and Consultation
Clinical supervision and consultation at Samantha Jayne Counselling is grounded in trauma-responsive, relational practice and an understanding of how chronic stress, responsibility, and exposure to complexity can shape professional wellbeing and decision-making over time.
This service is designed to support Social Workers, counsellors and therapists, and other frontline workers working in therapeutic and trauma-focused spaces who want a reflective, ethical space to strengthen their practice while maintaining sustainability and care for themselves.

Drawing on over a decade of practice-based experiences, Samantha offers supervision, burnout prevention support, education and consultation for health professionals, frontline workers and helpers who work with trauma.
